These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of builders' information by CORBON ("Council") and specify the conditions under which builders' information may be used publicly. By using or accessing this service, you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


1. Builders' Information Usage:

      Builders' information provided to the Council by users or members of the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) may be used publicly with their consent.

      1.2. Purpose:

2. User Responsibility:

      Consent to Public Use: By submitting their information, users grant the Council permission to use it publicly in accordance with these Terms.

      2.3.

3. Company's Obligations:

      3.1. Protection of Information:
      The Council shall take reasonable measures to protect builders' information and ensure it is not misused or accessed by unauthorized parties.

      The Council shall use builders' information in a manner consistent with the intended purpose and these Terms.

      4.1. Profile Display:
      Builders' names, professional profiles, project details, and achievements may be displayed publicly on the Council's platform or website.

      4.2. Communication:
      Users' contact details (such as email addresses or phone numbers) will not be made public without their explicit consent.

5. Withdrawal of Consent:

      5.1. Opt-Out:
      Users have the right to withdraw their consent for the public use of their information at any time. They may do so by contacting the Council.

      5.2. Impact on Profile:
      Withdrawing consent may limit the visibility and functionality of their profiles on the Council's platform.

6. Disclaimers:

      6.1. Third-Party Access:
      The Council cannot control how third parties’ access or use publicly available information.

      6.2. Accuracy:
      The Council does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by users.

7. Changes to Terms:

      7.1. Modification:
      : The Council reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

      7.2. Continued Use:
      Continued use of the service after modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
