Instructions to Applicants

Guidelines

1.    You will need to provide your Personal Information
2.   Attach a letter of recommendation from a State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB).

Provide Academic records and upload photocopies of relevant building-related academic certificates (HND, B.Sc, M.Sc, etc).

1.   Applicants shall be Corporate Members of NIOB (MNIOB) or other approved qualifications.

2.   Upload photocopies of relevant professional certificates (e.g. MNIOB, etc).

1.   Provide seminars and workshops information and upload evidence of participation in continuous professional development programmes from 2019 to date.

2.   You are required to upload two(2) CORBON Certificates and three(3) National Certificates or a combination of two(2) National and two(2) State Certificates. It is not permissible to upload more than two(2) State Certificates.

• Upload the following

i.   Project Quality Management Plan;

ii.   Project Health & Safety Management Plan and

iii.   Construction Programme.

• The uploaded information must be a project you interacted with.

Upload a CERTIFICATE OF EXPERIENCE from your head of Department/Chief Executive Officer which must be endorsed by a Registered Builder who can attest to your experience.

i.   Two referees who must be Registered Builders with current practice licence and a minimum of three (3) years post registration experience shall endorse your application form.

ii.   Referees shall not endorse more than One (1) application in a year.

i.   The application fee for Nigerians is Forty-Five Thousand Naira (N45,000.00) only.

ii.   The application fee for Temporary Registration by foreigners is Sixty-Five Thousand Naira (N65,000.00) only.

iii.   Payment shall be made on i-Reg after Registration OR on BUMAP
